PAYMENT METHODS AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION

Saimeun provides multiple secure payment methods for your convenience. We accept American Express, Apple Pay for fast checkout on Apple devices, all Mastercard and Maestro cards, PayPal using your account or connected cards, Shop Pay for accelerated checkout via Shopify, international Union Pay cards, and all Visa debit and credit cards.

HOW CHECKOUT WORKS

Payments are processed instantly through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your checkout experience begins with building your cart by browsing and adding products to your basket. Next, you'll review your selection to confirm items and quantities. You'll then enter your shipping information and delivery address, followed by choosing your preferred payment method. After authorising and finalising your transaction, you'll receive instant email confirmation with your order details.

PAYMENT SECURITY MEASURES

Your transactions are protected by multiple security layers. We use SSL encryption to secure all data via SSL certificate technology. Our systems maintain full PCI DSS compliance, meeting all payment card industry security standards. Payment information is tokenised, meaning we never store full card details on our servers. CURRENCY

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£). If you're paying with a card issued outside the UK, your payment provider will handle currency conversion at the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive immediate on-screen confirmation along with an email containing complete order details and a unique reference number for tracking your order.

PAYMENT PROBLEMS

If your transaction is declined, this may be due to insufficient funds in your account, an expired or blocked card, restrictions set by your card provider, or temporary technical or connectivity issues. We recommend double-checking that your payment details are accurate, contacting your bank if authorisation is being blocked, or trying a different payment method. Our support team is happy to assist with any payment difficulties.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Saimeun does not add any surcharges for processing payments. However, please be aware that your bank may charge fees for international or cross-border transactions. Currency conversion fees may also apply depending on your card issuer, and third-party payment services such as PayPal may have their own fee policies.
