DELIVERY QUESTIONS

How long will it take to receive my order?

Is there a charge for delivery?

No, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK at no extra cost. You can find more information on our shipping policy page.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, Saimeun delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you a unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey on our tracking page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us at contact@saimeun.com. Attach photos of both the item and its packaging. We'll send you a replacement free of charge and cover all return postage costs.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, Saimeun does not apply any restocking fees to returned products.

EXCHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we're happy to help with exchanges. Contact our customer support team with your request. You'll need to send back the original item first, and we'll dispatch your replacement once it arrives.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once dispatch has occurred, you'll need to use our standard returns process instead.

Do you have a retail location?

Saimeun is an online-only store. Our head office is based in London.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and meet PCI DSS security standards. We never store your complete card details on our servers.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. If you're still uncertain, our customer service team is happy to provide personalised sizing advice.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Order modifications are only possible before your items are shipped. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at contact@saimeun.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make alterations.

What happens if something is out of stock?
